As a team leader, you have overall responsibility for planning and managing the team's daily work. You maintain ongoing contact with both customers and subcontractors and play a central role in driving the business forward.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Experience in team leadership within green area maintenance or a similar field.
• Relevant education in team leadership, green area maintenance, or related areas.
• The ability to plan and participate in calculations and quotation work.
• Good leadership skills and a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Engagement, attention to detail, and a sense of service.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office and experience with other IT environments.
• A valid driver's license (B) and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
